While our name may be new, for over 40 years our clients have counted on our title professionals to handle their real estate closing and title insurance needs. In March 2006, TCS Title Closing Services, LLC (formerly the settlement services division of Taylor, Covington & Smith) and First Guaranty Title, LLC combined their closing operations to better service your closing and escrow needs. We are now doing business under the name First Guaranty Title, Inc. with our new corporate office located in Madison, MS in The Medicomp building on Hwy 463 in front of Summertree subdivision.
